Snack: A low-fat yogurt with fruit.
Average afternoon: A glass of cucumber water.
Dinner: A cup of broth light. Baked fish salad with broccoli, red bell pepper or red pepper and grated carrot. A portion of watermelon or cantaloupe or pineapple.

Food: A cup of broth light. A single tortilla chard and arugula salad with shredded carrots. A portion of watermelon or cantaloupe or pineapple.
Snack: A yogurt.
Average afternoon: A glass of cucumber water.
Dinner: A cup of broth light. A portion of chicken breast with roasted eggplant. A portion of watermelon or cantaloupe or pineapple.

How does this diet you lose weight?

(*) If by the time of year you do not find any of these fruits you can replace it with pear, which also has diuretic properties.

This diet is balanced because it contains all the nutrients your body needs both carbohydrates (mainly food rich in fiber), proteins found in meats and fats, mainly healthy fats.
