Trout is a wonderful fish, as it belongs to the group of blue fish, rich in Omega 3 and always beneficial in any kind of diet. If you want to change a little your usual menu of the Dukan diet, well you can cheer yourself up with this recipe. It is a simple lemon trout, which can come in handy from the attack phase onwards. Salt, pepper and herbs
Clean the trout well, removing its thorns and anything else you do not want. In the interior, condiment it with salt, pepper and the herbs that you want. Sage, thyme, parsley, oregano … Any (or all) can sit well. Squeeze half the lemon inside and slice the rest into the slices, distributing it throughout the trout.
Bring the fish to a medium-strong oven until ready. It will take you about 20-30 minutes. Thus, you will have a simple recipe to be able to eat from the attack phase of the Dukan diet, well light, healthy and perfectly improveable from the cruise phase, where you can add more ingredients to enrich it.
