Preparing stuffed pancakes is not complicated, much less when you are on the Dukan diet. In fact, you can prepare a fairly simple version, which will serve you from the attack phase onwards. You can try this easy recipe, where you will have delicious rolls with cheese and turkey ham.
Two egg whites
A whole egg
Three tablespoons of milk powder 0%
Three thin slices of lean turkey breast
Three tablespoons white cheese spreadable 0%
Salt, pepper and some grass
Put the milk powder in a bowl, where you add the egg whites without whipping and also the whole egg. Mix until the preparation is homogeneous. In a hot non-stick skillet, sprayed with vegetable spray, begin adding the mixture and cook the pancakes on one side and another. It will reach you for two large or three medium.
Once you have them ready, you will only have to spread a tablespoon of white cheese on each one of them, season with salt, pepper and herbs and finish with the slice of ham. Roll up the pancakes and you will already have ready a meal that is perfect from the attack stage, with pure protein and with the possibility to prepare it at any moment, in a few minutes.
