Some ideas to burn calories effortlessly:
When you have to wait in a row to make a process: Avoid getting in a bad mood. Spend time burning calories. How? Very easy! Distribute your weight on both feet evenly. Take your hands back and thread them behind your back. Squeeze the shoulder blades against each other as you pull out the chest. Hold position 10 to 20 seconds. You will burn about 5 calories, at the same time that you will relax in an incredible way.
Before going to sleep: Avoid tumbling around and wasting time that you take away from sleep. Take advantage of these last minutes of the day by doing this simple exercise. Lie on your back on the floor. Lift your legs and support them in a chair or on the edge of the bed. Bend your knees slowly as you lift your hips off the floor. Hold for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat 10 times. You’ll burn 10 calories.

While driving your car: Each time you tighten the brake, contract the buttocks and hold them for 10 seconds. You’ll burn 10 calories.
Every time you go to sit: Pretend to do it but stop before touching the seat, get back on your feet without the help of your arms. You will burn 15 calories.
While filling your car’s gas tank: Put your hand on it and tip toes. Go up and down until the tank is full. You’ll burn 10 calories.
While you brush your teeth: Lean on one leg and then on the other, recharging the weight alternately. You’ll burn 10 calories.

When you go shopping: Make at least 10 changes of clothes, trying on different clothes.
