On this occasion, I present a recipe for beef tenderloin with apples
This recipe makes 8 servings
2 kilos of apples
1 large onion.
½ tablespoon peppercorns.
½ tablespoon mustard seeds.
1 teaspoon curry.
1 glass of juice of natural apple ½.
6 medium apples.
3 tablespoons cornstarch.
½ glass of water.
Olive oil, 2 or 3 tablespoons.
Cut the tenderloin into cubes, and place them in a pan with a little olive oil until meat is browned. Book it meanwhile itches and rehógala small onion in a skillet.
