Ingredients:

A cup of blueberries
Two cups of yogurt 0% (vanilla or natural)
Two egg whites
The juice of a lemon
One tablespoon of agar-agar
Stevia or sweetener allowed to taste
Preparation:

Let the blueberries marinate with a little lemon juice and sweetener allowed in a bowl in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
