Ingredients

2 fillets of hake or codling (you can also use salmon).
1 green or red Chile chopped without seeds.
300 gr. finely chopped cabbage.
1 teaspoon ginger root
2 teaspoons sunflower oil
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 cloves finely chopped garlic.
2 teaspoons unsalted soy sauce.

Preparation

Cook cabbage steam 5 minutes. Place fish on cabbage and sprinkle with chili, ginger and a little salt.
Steam cooking for another 5 minutes until cooked through. Reservation.
Meanwhile, place the oil mixture in a small saucepan leads, add garlic and cook until golden.
