Asparagus is perfect to be eaten on a diet. They are diuretics, they give you fibers, they are reduced in calories and you can combine them in different ways. This proposal consists of a light salad of warm asparagus, perfect to take at night, as a garnish, entree or as you like. You will only have to follow the proposed steps and have it ready at your table.

Ingredients:

A bundle of green asparagus
Half zucchini
Half carrot
A tomato
A garlic clove
Mattress of green leaves (arugula, watercress, lettuce, etc.)
Soy sauce
A spoonful of mustard
A spoonful of lemon juice
A teaspoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Boil or stew the asparagus until they are ready. Cut in half, cut the zucchini and carrot into thin canes and saute in a hot pan with these three ingredients with a little soy sauce. A few minutes, the idea is to take some temperature, color and taste, but not that they are tender.

Arrange on a salad bowl the green leafy mattress, diced tomatoes and finely chopped garlic clove. Then add the freshly fried vegetables.
