These foods are divided into 3 meals a day, without intermediate collations for 14 days, then give way to the second phase of the diet which expands the range a little food to eat. Consumption of fish and seafood in the Scarsdale diet

While there are many options you have to choose in terms of this type of food, the most recommended are:

Fish: monkfish, hake, catfish, sea bass, grouper, cod, salmon, tuna, sardines, herring, codling and smooth.
Seafood: shrimp, mussels, clams, shrimp, squid, clams, cuttlefish and octopus.
To prepare, avoid frying and cook on the grill, baked, sauteed or steamed. Vegetables as garnish priority and avoid where possible the use of elaborate sauces or condiments like mayonnaise or ketchup.
