Well, apparently there is a group of scientists who pull rushing this type of diet, while giving a different nutritional approach to weight loss, which is based on carbohydrate intake after sunset.

Why would it be desirable to consume carbohydrates at night?

Apparently, those who consume foods rich in carbohydrates preparations at night improve patterns of leptin (a hormone that regulates satiety), ghrelin (hormone that regulates hunger) and adiponectin (a hormone produced by fat tissue involved in insulin activity).

Improving the concentration of the latter hormone is very important because it helps to reduce and treat insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome. These two conditions are closely related to obesity and overweight.

According to some studies, a low-calorie diet containing foods rich in carbohydrates after sunset improving the regulation of food intake, and thereby increases satiety and reduces hunger.

This research was based on the diet that performed during the month of Ramadan people professing Islam.
