Mid-morning / mid afternoon. A glass of orange juice (half juice, half water) / A baked pear.
Food. One cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. Carrot pudding. Skinless peach.
Snack. A cup of tea with two light rice crackers.
Dinner. One cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A serving of cooked steamed fish salad with broccoli and Brussels sprouts steamed. A portion of light gelatin.

day 4
Breakfast. A skimmed yogurt with a tablespoon of applesauce and a teaspoon of royal jelly. Two slices whole wheat toast with light white cheese.
Mid-morning / mid afternoon. A glass of grapefruit juice (juice half / half water) / A piece of low-fat cheese.
Food. One cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A serving of rice stew and apple. Pear puree.

Food. One cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. Two green zucchini stuffed with mashed carrots, cheese and white sauce light. A portion of light light jelly with whipped cream.
Snack. A cup of tea with two light rice crackers.

day 6

day 7

Food. One cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A portion of spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce light. grated apple.
Snack. A cup of tea with two light rice crackers.
Dinner. One cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A portion of gefilte fish with steamed vegetables. A portion of light gelatin.

How this diet helps you take care of your bladder
