Hello my name is Loli and since uff always suffer constipation and grows ever wider, now I have 31 years but I really care about because as fruit, vegetables, cereals, yogurt bio and yet I have to take plantaben and capsule sacred shell every day to go to the bathroom, I’m desperate because sometimes you still do not feel completely empty, I do not know what to do.
