Get fiber and satiety a light dessert

3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 ½ cup cold water
1 ½ cup hot water
2 ½ cups of skim milk
½ cup powdered sweetener
1 ½ teaspoon essence of nuts
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup of orange cut into small pieces (no skin or shell)
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Mix gelatin with cold water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the boiling water and mix until dissolved.
Add skim milk, sweetener and essence.
Mixture and finally, add the orange, chopped nuts and ginger.
Pour into a rectangular mold (budinera type) and let stand overnight.
Unmold and serve.
If you wish, you can accompany each serving with whipped cream or sauces light low calorie sweets.
You can eat gelatin alone as long as it is light. Although you can also add fruits preparing a tasty and refreshing asp, or add nuts, as in the case of this dessert.
