Losing weight slowly would not guarantee anything

There are many discussions about whether there are works or not lose weight fast or slow. Of course, all defenders are quick and miracle diets putting them as a panacea to eliminate kilos without having to go too far back in time. But there are those who say that after making such a regime, comes the dreaded “rebound effect”.

Called miracle diets can be the cause of a rebound effect, but not because they have lost weight so fast, but because the food bases are inconsistent. The options offered are more limited, since they focus on eating very little, or eating little indicated.
Instead, there are diets that help you lose weight quickly, but in turn they teach you to eat. These limit sugars, processed foods, excess flour and foods that are not very close to human nature in general. They give you a very different impulse. And you get more consistent results.
